Now it’s time to connect those insights to where real traction happens every week: your Level 10 Meetings.
These meetings are the heartbeat of Openprovider’s leadership rhythm — the place where data turns into alignment, priorities turn into action, and accountability turns into progress.

Focus topics

  • Evaluate the quality and rhythm of your current Level 10 meetings
  • Analyze how effectively issues are identified, discussed, and solved (IDS quality)
  • Optimize one aspect of your team’s L10 to increase traction and engagement

Even strong teams can fall into habit mode: meetings that run smoothly but stop evolving.
That’s why this week isn’t about checking if your L10s are “right” — it’s about raising their impact.
You’ll look at how your meetings perform, how effectively issues are solved, and what small improvements can make them sharper, faster, and more valuable.
