The goal is to help you and your team use data not just to measure, but to manage.
By reflecting on one real example from your own work, you’ll see how a single KPI can open up insight, dialogue, and improvement.
This assignment will help you connect your metrics to leadership behaviors and will show how data drives decisions and how leaders turn numbers into traction.
