MMT Week 5: Agile Leadership & Self Awareness

overview

Title: Self-Awareness & Leadership Style
Estimated time: 20–30 minutes + quiz
Format: Reading + videos → Openprovider case → MC quiz

This week: Agile Leadership in Practice

Welcome to Week 2 of the Agile Leadership module.
Last week we focused on Self-Awareness & Leadership Style. You explored:
1. why leadership awareness matters most for middle managers,
2. how your leadership style shows up in daily behavior,
3. and how stress, workload, and habits can amplify blind spots.

This week (Week 2) we move from awareness → execution.

Agile leadership becomes real when it shows up in your weekly rhythm:
1. how you keep Rocks moving (even when operations are busy),
2. how you strengthen ownership without taking over,
3. and how you solve issues faster through structured problem-solving (IDS).

In short: Week 2 is about traction.
Not theory — but practical leadership behaviors that improve delivery every week.

Learning Objectives

By the end of Week 2, you will be able to:

2. Protect Rock progress without micromanaging
3. Use the L10 meeting as an execution tool (not a status meeting)
4. Solve problems faster using IDS (Identify–Discuss–Solve)
5. Strengthen accountability through coaching habits
