In Week 2, we explored Agile leadership in practice: adapting early, removing blockers, and solving root causes instead of symptoms.

In Week 3, we zoom out from your team to how you operate across teams.
As a Middle Manager, your impact is often not inside your own silo, but:
– In shared priorities
– In unclear ownership between teams
– In decisions where speed, alignment, and accountability compete
This week helps you lead between teams, not just within them.
